S5, based in Rotterdam, is looking for a:

Receptionist

Role description:

As a receptionist you are responsible for the answering and handling of incoming phone calls in a friendly and timely manner. You are the first point of contact for visitors and ensure a friendly reception of guests. You are furthermore responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and emails.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Answering phone and transferring calls to the person involved;
  • Supporting Office Management in the daily work;
  • Administrative support;
  • Handling in- and outbound mail and parcels;
  • Reception of guests and visitors; be the first point of contact;
  • Archiving.

Team:
This vacancy is open to strengthen our Office Management team in Rotterdam (head office of S5 North Europe).

Profile:

  • Friendly;
  • Accurate;
  • Hands-on;
  • Flexible;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Not a 9-to-5 mentality;

Education & requirements:

  • Minimum MBO degree, preferably in the area of Office management or Administration;
  • 2-5 years relevant working experience in a similar job;
  • Likes to be at the centre of the organisation;
  • Proficient in English as well as Dutch (verbally as well as in writing)
  • Commitment to the company, based on our core values of Service, Innovation, Integrity and No-Nonsense.
